We have group skillful staffs for the mold making and maintenance. We are well equipped with high-class mold making equipment in the world and have near 100 hundred professional process equipment such as CNC center, CNC electrical discharge machine, CNC lathes, wire cut machine, etc, providing manufacture and maintenance to injection mold, blow mold, special bottle cover mold and so on.

Injection Making

We have skillful experts and technician of injection making and management, be equipped with over 80sets of advanced precision injection molding machine. A central resin feeding system made in Germany is in use to fulfill resin feeding automation and minimize material contamination. We are able to process various kinds of resin such as PE, PP, ABS, PET and in full speed automated production.

Blow Mold Making

We have skillful professional talents of blow mold making and management, be equipped with over 80 sets of advanced automation blow molding machine. We are capable to produce bottles of 3ml to 20L.

Decoration

With experienced and professional engineers and managing teams, upon over 130 advanced machines, we can process all sorts of silk screen printing, hot stamping, Transfer Printing,Shrink Wrpper,In-mould Labeling,UV Coating.Vacuum Metallization etc.

We have established a system for monitoring product quality and have facilities for maintaining and testing clean room environments of up to 100,000 grade.produce high quality packaging for the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and personal care industries
